About

Why we're building this.

The last mile is still bound to the road. We think it doesn't have to be.

The problem

The last mile is still bound to the road.

Businesses can sell digitally, receive orders instantly and accept payments in seconds. But when a package needs to move across the city, delivery still depends on roads, traffic and human riders.

Traffic

Road congestion turns short distances into long delivery times.

Cost

Every delivery requires people, vehicles and fuel.

Speed

Time-sensitive packages shouldn't have to wait for the road.

AirMe moves the last mile into the air.

The solution

Delivery infrastructure for the sky.

AirMe is the aerial delivery layer underneath commerce, not another marketplace. Orders come in from a business, a platform or a customer, and AirMe flies the ones eligible for air.

AIR

Direct aerial delivery for eligible lightweight, time-sensitive packages, where flying gives a real advantage over the road.

The bigger vision

The next logistics network will not be built only on roads.

We start with lightweight business deliveries in Kigali. The long-term goal is a connected aerial network that moves goods across Rwanda, and eventually across Africa.

KIGALI→RWANDA→AFRICA

Concept render

Why now

The infrastructure is changing.

Rwanda already has years of operational drone experience in healthcare delivery, and the country continues to expand its autonomous delivery infrastructure. AirMe is exploring what happens when that capability reaches everyday commerce.

Proven

Healthcare proved autonomous delivery can work in Rwanda.

Next

AirMe is exploring what it takes to bring that to everyday commerce.

Clarity

What AirMe is not.

Not another marketplace.

You don't need to rebuild how you sell.

Not for every package.

AirMe is built for lightweight, time-sensitive items.

Not replacing every rider.

Existing ground fleets can stay part of the ecosystem.

Not operating commercial drone flights yet.

We're building, testing and validating the system.

Access

How businesses can access AirMe.

We're still validating how businesses will pay for AirMe deliveries. Here's the shape of the model we're testing.

Pay per delivery

For businesses with occasional deliveries.

Business plans

For companies with recurring delivery volume.

Enterprise logistics

Custom aerial delivery networks for larger partners.
